Use of the service
VirtTerm is software that renders web content in a split-pane layout. You may use it for any lawful purpose. You may not use it to access content you do not have the right to access, or to circumvent digital rights management systems.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion for unused time on annual plans.
Free tier
The free tier is provided as-is with no uptime guarantee. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the free tier with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
VirtTerm is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the software, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
